As established metal fabricators we produce a range of convenient sized stainless steel and aluminium tanks. These tanks can be used for a wide range of applications, but are ideal for use in boats, yachts and RIBs to hold drinking water, fuel (petrol or diesel) or waste water. They are CE marked for fuel and made to ISO standards.
Did you know? In order for your boat to comply with the Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) your fuel tank must be CE marked. Jay Wolfe is probably the only UK manufacturer of CE marked metal tanks.
Any shape and size: We offer a popular bespoke tank fabrication service for made to measure tanks and also produce 3 shaped stainless steel tanks which are available on a special order basis.
Plastic fantastic: As a lighter alternative to metal tanks we stock a selection of CE marked plastic fuel tanks.
One stop shop: Accessories such as: tank straps, hose, hose fittings, deck fillers, and level sensors required to fully install your tank can all be bought here. So whether you are an established boat builder or a hands on boat owner shop4tanks has everything you need.
Tank Fitting Systems
Jay Wolfe Metalwork's unique, universal inspection and fitting system simplifies the process of installing your tank.
The fitting system doubles as both inspection hatch cover and standardised pipe connection centre.
For each of the 9 standard sized tanks you can choose a specific fitting system. Each type of fitting system has different pipe connections to tailor the tank to your usage i.e. fuel, fresh water, grey water or black water.
All fitting system covers are manufactured from 316 marine grade stainless steel. The cover bolts into place on top of the fully welded inspection hatch, which together with a nitrile gasket makes a pressure tight seal.
