I phoned on a Tuesday morning for a taxi to take my wife and myself to have our COVID 19 vaccinations at Moulton Park. The taxi was booked for 10:10 the following morning. A short while after making the booking I received a text to confirm the arrangements - very reassuring. Next morning I received a text informing me that the taxi was on it's way. The text also told me the make, colour and registration number. Better stillI I was able to track the driver's journey all the way to my house! Our driver Hismet, who was wearing a mask, was polite, pleasant and professional from pick up to drop off. Finally the car, a silver Mercedes, was very comfortable and spotless both inside and out. I always use Shyline and have never been disappointed.
